Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (Cera) chief executive Roger Sutton is urging Christchurch residents to be on the lookout for fraudsters trying to take advantage of the quakes. He said residents needed to look out for vulnerable people who may still be susceptible to quake-related scams.
