An interesting page is in the references at the back on pg 40 - detailing those that are advocating the green economy...the usual suspects - UN, EU, OECD etc. The green economy is perfectly timed to sedate the growing unrest of capitalism. The green economy offers no answer, it only offers more of the same, and it is silencing logic.
