WHO KICKED OFF THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST BENJAMIN DOYLE?

While Winston Peters might have grabbed the headlines by making allegations against Green MP Benjamin Doyle, some other familiar right wing names provided him with the ammunition.

IT WILL come as no surprise that the campaign against Green MP Benjamin Doyle originated within the social media and, in particular, on X. But its participants must have been delighted when Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters spied some political advantage in also running with the story. That was enough to propel the campaign into the mainstream media and has resulted in death threats against the Green MP.

Winston Peters appears to have joined the 'pile on' against Doyle, without first verifying his sources. But a blogger called Ash Reborn has done some digging and produced this video.
