Something different. This is a cover of'Don't Dream It's Over' by Crowded House.  It's reimagined as a 1960s Motown soul song. And it's entirely AI generated.

Is this the future of music? The people behind this interpretation say, 'AI will never replace human creativity or spirit — these reimaginings exist to honour the artists who shaped our musical soul.'

  1. I avoid where I can. It took me ages to turn off an automatic version on my computer.
So I was interested very recently to see some of the big players rapidly selling off all their stock. I can't remember their names and haven't seen any public comment or interpretation of this action other than the threat to the US economy if this movement became widespread.
Maybe it has been a 'storm in a teacup' but I wonder if AI hasn't been, or isn't considered able to be, the gamechanger (or as perfectible) as the hype has suggested.
